Would like to have a few friends

:flowerforyou: I have been here for 2 weeks and kinda afraid to log my weight in! I have been keeping track on my journal.
I like the food log and all the information it gives you. I have taken the time to read the messages and topics,
I really like them. So I think I will start logging in everything. I would like to have some friends to guide me and so
I can participate with you also! Just new to letting everyone see all.

    You can add me if you want. I don't post every day but try to log every day.
  • This is my first day here. I am kinda crazy being a former football and karate and wrestling guy. I have always worked out but my eating skills where better. :) Now, I let my exercise dictate my hunger. I keep my metabolism going all day with my 'PLAY ALL DAY' activities. I am becoming at 52 what I have always desired to be. I am a slow learner. :)

    Put up a picture of yourself.
    Post your weight.
    Work Hard.
    Eat right.
    Watch the pounds come off.

    Nothing to be ashamed of. We all were/are fat *kitten*. Be proud of where you are headed. You will feel like a million bucks when you get there.
