Thanks so much. If I do Insanity 6 days a week, 1 day is a total rest day (although I usually run) and the other is Cardio Recovery which isn't hard at all. I'm not sure if that is considered moderately active or very active? I'm leaning more towards moderate which would put me at a calorie goal of 2288 calories, which is almost 1,000 calories more than I've been eating! I'm also breastfeeding so I have more to work with, but wow. I have been steadily losing weight eating around 1500 calories a day, with a splurge here and there and am down 21 lbs since the end of June. I'm afraid eating this much I will gain. I'm getting ready to start month 2 of Insanity though so I'm thinking I will try it.0
