Anyone have any new food finds I should try out?
I'm going grocery shopping tonight and wouldn't mind mixing it up again.
Real food, snack food, anything goes.

I've been really interested in trying this idea of spaghetti squash with marinara sauce... maybe you'd like to as well?
Or any squash would do! I had acorn squash a few weeks ago, but there's sooo many varieties!0 -

I wanted that to work... so so soooo bad. But MAN spaghetti squash is TERRIBLE as spaghetti. It's good if you go into it with the idea that it *is* squash, not spaghetti. Maybe a little Evoo, salt, and pepper? nom nom nom0 -

Works for me and it is delish! Lots of people like it...0 -
I tried the spaghetti squash too, it does not compare to spaghetti at all! Try chunky soup chicken fajita soup, Special K chips, and chocolate mini-rice cakes.0

Healthy Choice has individual packs of frozen greek yogurt .... yummy but really pricey
Popcorn Indiana snack pack size kettlecorn .... love Popcorn Indiana ... can't have a big bag in the house though
Halloween treats - mini granola bars, mini bags of Teddy Grahams, mini boxes of raisins
Fall tea time is just about here - pumpkin spice chai ..... just add milk & honey. Great low sugar sub for hot chocolate
Squash is yummy ... not so much with pasta sauce on it0 -

Hubby & I did this before. We found that we like spaghetti squash on it's own but not w/ sauce.0 -
I use shredded zucchini for spaghetti. It's obviously not an exact swap, but good enough if you have a substantial sauce (and you get a HUGE portion.)
Other than that I love making my own potato chips in the microwave (cut REALLY thinly and microwave for 3-4 minutes or until crispy. Top with salt and pepper, or salt and vinegar, or parmesan and rosemary...) When I want something sweet, I mix fat free ricotta with jam, fruit, or coffee and chocolate for a pudding with tons of protein.0
