Mine is a toss up between Cholula or Tabasco Habanero sauce. What's yours?

    Rooster sauce. I'm not sure what it is really called, but you find it in chinese resteraunts and in the asian section of the grocery store. It has a rooster on the bottle and you can see the red pepper flakes in the sauce.

    I put it on nearly everything. So yummy!

    Yes!!! I buy the huge liter like one lol. And it's not bad for you too, I find most hot sauses are really low cal actually.

    Plain old Louisiana, but right now my obsession is Chipotle Tabasco. It's great with eggs!
  • The "rooster sauce" is called Sriracha. It is my favorite.

    San-J Szechuan sauce. I eat it on everything that doesn't have chilis in it already. Too bad about the sodium though :(

    It's like Sriracha, but better. I make it with red japanese chliles, olive oil, garlic and salt. It's so delicious I think I'm addicted cause I put it on everything that is not sweet (eggs, steak, chicken, fish, vegetables, rice, beans, soups) everything. I even have an extra jar at work.
