Does anyone know how many calories burpees burn?

    That will depend how fast you do them, how high you jump, and how much you weigh.
    For logging it, hmmm... maybe something like fast jump rope would be close?

    Burpees.... *shudder*...

    I do not know the answer to your question, but I'll have to pay attention to my HRM monitor the next time I do them.

    It feels like 600 calories when I do 3. I tend not to do them for this reason, maybe I should!?
