Two Days in One?

What do you think about carrying over calories or saving them up?
Yesterday I went over my calories at a social function & am feeling pretty bad about it. Am thinking about eating under my goal today.
And, in the future, I was thinking that if I knew I had something coming up, I might eat less the day before & again the day after.
Good idea or bad idea???

Most people here will tell you that's okay, as I see lots of people doing it. Just like doctors say you can't run a sleep deficit all week and expect to make up for it on the weekends, my personal opinion is the best choice is to work out super well the day you need the calories.0

I wouldn't make a habit of it... if you want to eat a little more one day than a better way to do it would be to exercise more that day, just my opinion, I'm sure others will have more insight. GOOD LUCK
