I know it's quite easy to feel down on ourselves and sometimes focus on the fact that we're overweight and the gorgeous gets pushed to the side! But lets focus on something positive that we love about ourselves!

    I like my arms and my legs, it's the in-between that's gooey.
    I'm fairly strong. I have nice legs from years of biking all the time. My arms are strong from my job and lugging around a kid.
    I'll show my arms and legs off any day ;)

    Yes, going on your pics you all have beautiful features - even those with great personalities are shining through.


    When the tonne of fat isn't blocking them ....I luv my cheekbones (yes-yes, I know this is a positive thread but just saying!) ;)
    I also luv my boobies - although I'm a bit gutted that they may reduce when I loose weight - sad :-(

    That's a tough one since most of us, I'm sure tend to think of our bodies negatively.... Since losing a little weight, I am starting to feel more comfortable wearing sleeveless...and dresses! So excited about that:).

    i dont like much. but, if i had to choose, it would be my eyelashes and my lips..even though i wish both my lashes and lips were bigger and fuller.
