I weigh 230lbs and im doing the insanity yay for me... im already on day 12. my question is How many calories does it burn? and if you are doing insanity how do you like it and is there any advice you can give me?

    i feel so tired but the thing is i never really did cardio this boost yourself by listening to shaun t DIP DEEP CMON EVERYBODY LETS GO. i see a major change in my body though. my stomach shrinked literally you should try it. what can you lose

    Im 180lbs and when i was doing it during month 1 i would burn between 500 and 100 cals depending which exercise it was and month 2 640 - 200 again depending what exercise. I used my HRM.

    Its fantastic, had to stop a week after starting month 2 to finally rest my knee after picking up a tweaked ligament in week 3. Im missing it!

    Errm you mean between 500 and 1000 right? 100 cals per hour is NOTHING ^^

    Your burn depends on you. When I did the program I would burn 500-700 for month 1 and 600-1000cals for month 2. It depends on your intensity!

    No i dont, Month 1 exercises dont go over 40 mins and it was cardio recovery where i burned well just over at 113 cals buts its not a 'proper workout' more stretching and only 30mins.
