I am in need of protein shake/smoothie recipes.

My go to morning smoothie is as follows:
All Whites - 100% Liquid Egg Whites, 2/3 cup
Spinach - Raw, 1 cup
Generic - Freshly Frozen Whole Unsweetened Berry Medley, 2/3 cup
Arizona - Diet Green Tea, 2/3 cup
Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp
185 Calories
20g Protein
12g Sugar
24g Carbs
It is sooo good! Sometimes I add a dab of sugar free whipped cream on top. I would go with sweet spinach over the strong variants. My smoothie used to only have 1/3 cup liquid egg whites so you may want to start there and see how it tastes for you.0 -

Blend1 -
i usually just mix protein, milk and a spoonful of peanut butter1

1) frozen tropical fruit mix- 1 cup
2)kale 1 cup
3) baby spinach 1 cup
4) 1 scoop protien powder
5) 1 cup almond milk
6) add a bit of water if needed0 -
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup frozen strawberries or fruit of choice
1 cup skim milk
few ice cubes
Blend, yummy1 -
Chunky monkey
Choc protein powder 1 scoop
1 banana
2 tbsp PB
0.5-0.75 cup milk
Ice if you want it
(can use 1/2 banana and 1 tbsp PB if you have less calories to work with)
Protein Frappacino
Choc protein powder 1 scoop
1 cup coffee

I use the smoothie to get my protein and a dose of greens and mushrooms.
1/4 cup ice
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup mushroom juice (from steeping freeze dried shrooms)
1/4 cup mushrooms
2 cups (mixed greens - Kale, Bok Choy, Collards, Watercress, Mustard Greens)
1/2 cup beans (switch it up - depends on what beans I get from Whole Foods)
2 scoops GNC Mega Man Supplemental Powder (flavored)0 -
