My mfp friends keep urging me to put my success up here. So, here goes. Most of my life, I've been in shape. But when I started nearing my 40's, my weight started going up...and staying up. I decided I HAD to get it down. May 9 I joined mfp. Sept 10--I hit my goal weight. I lost 43lbs in 4 months.

I'm 5'6. I was at 193. I'm now at 150.
