    o yeah forgot to mention those ones too. ya im a big fan of pure protein. their overall nutrient ratios are really good. and they taste yummy

    I just tried one of the cliff protein bars, it was really good! I got it at whole foods, not sure how many places have them. I also like pure protein and promax...

    I loove Promax Chocolate.
    I found one at Walgreens the other day. It's Labarda (sp?) Lean Body. It was DELICIOUS. After I ate it I realized it had 16 grams of fat. No wonder it was so yummy, lol.

    im not gona eat soy stuff anymore. i read an article about how soy products cause the mamary glands in men to become larger. so no more for me lol
