A better me ^_^

This is just my start. And i am hoping to make some friends and support groups. and maybe learn a few things with site. ^_^
Call me Vixian. Im 21 years old. from a small town in So Cali.

My diet start consists of-
No red meat or pork
No soda or sweets.
swimming x3 a week
and volunteer dog walking x days a week
more veggies and fruit
less bread
