Also i need a little help with my calorie in take on her it says i should be eating 1200 calories a day. when i exercise should i also be eating the calories i have burnt. I really want to lose the last bit of weight i have left.
Help would be every helpful.

IMO if you dont have a lot of extra body fat (a high BF%) then you should eat at least some if not all of them back. The 1200 is your deficit to eat, when you exercise you end up with a bigger deficit. Keep the body fueled. If your going to go to the gym as well, I would suggest getting introduced to barbell compound lifts and their proper form. Not only will weights improve your muscles and look, they will also make your bones stronger.0

Hi, Lellie!! Stick with Insanity. It is a very intense program and you don't need to do anything else while doing it. When I'm trying to lose, I do not take my exercise into consideration. If you go over 100 or so, no big deal, but those calorie estimations are usually off anyway. I have found that people who eat their exercise calories tend to lose weight much more slowly than those who ignore it. Look me up on Facebook and I'll be glad to chat with you more. https://www.facebook.com/tinaoz.
Oh, and congratulations! Proud of you for completing week 3!0
