I weighed in today and have reached 5 stone loss from the start of my journey which has taken 18 months,I have still got 4 stone to go and just wanted to share this ,ive got some before and now pics,hope I get it right posting pics...

    was hoping to get the pics side by side but not quite got it lol

    getting my dog was the best thing ever,she needs lots of excersise and I have no excuses now not to get off my backside to take her out, Im starting agility classes next week with her which is going to up my excersise even more :smile:
