Housemates are a bad influence

My housemates are constantly smoking weed, playing loud music and eating all kinds of junk and crap all night and it's making me a little uncomfortable. Plus, they are all absolutely filthy. I clean the kitchen and the bathroom, a few hours later, they is grime and food garbage everywhere.
I get along with them really well during the day when they aren't high, but during the night I can't get any of my work done because it's constantly on my mind and it's getting annoying. We're all students (it's a rented place), so it's nothing new I understand, but I'm finding it hard to cope with now. They were like this last year and I can't find another place to live where this doesn't happen at all and the landlord wants to renew our contracts for the academic year in a few days and I feel like crap.
What advice can you give? What would you do in this situation? I don't know what to do. No matter what I do or say, it doesn't change or improve.

do whats best FOR YOU! if you can afford another place to live then go for it0 -
Don't renew if you can possibly help it - go back to halls if you have to. The current place is obviously stressing you out which will affect not just your fitness but your concentration, and eventually, your grades!0

Yeah, I'd try and move once the contract is up - don't feel like you have to stay, you don't!0

Find a new place or new roommates who share your priorities. It can't be good for your grades with all that going on all the time.
Not to mention the possibility of getting busted along with them or having the place broken in to by some one looking for drugs or money.0
