Heaviest (besides my pregnancy weight) 150 ish (didn't own a scale, wouldn't get near one so I don't know my true max) Size 12s were very snug

I'm super happy. I hit this last year and have maintained.
Maintaining is HUGE. Everything you learn on your weight loss journey comes into play for the rest of your life. I like to say you are honing your sword on the journey and then when you are maintaining you have to keep your blade sharp, it still requires effort.0 -

I think the daily calorie limit is a little low (on my profile that this website generated), but keeping a food log every day, even though I've gone over a couple of days is really helpful, and my weight is inching down already. Lightest.... not sure what you could mean by this.... since Is started losing weight? I'm currently down to 163. Otherwise I gradually gained weight throughout my life so any of those moments in time could be considered "light".

Lightest in as long as I can remember is now at 183.
Like to get to about 180. As long as i always stay under 190.
My goal would be to maintain between 180 and 185.
Its just so easy to gain.

Second lightest 137 (2009, lost 30 pounds in six weeks due to financial and emotional stress from cancer. Gained half of it right back)

Goal weight: 130-135ish. I don't know that my body will realistically get down below 135, since I was skinny-fat when I weighed 125.
