Brown rice salad

Boil or steam:
- Brown rice
- Broccoli
- Eggs

Fry:
- Carrot
- Eggplant
- Pumpkin

Raw:
- Broccoli (or daikon, or alfalfa, or any other sprouts
- Sweet pepper
- Red cabbage
- Parsley

It can be served hot as a side dish or cold as a salad.
Calories depend on how much veggies you'll put in this salad and how much of it will be fried.
I usually add more broccoli, red cabbage and sprouts.
