Good morning was wondering if stress could slow down my weight loss? I'm doing loads of fitness and eating mostly within my calories sometimes a little over, me and my friend eat mostly the same and she is losing 2lb a week I can't even do a whole 1/2 lb :-( like everyone I'm stressed with work and money issues plus I don't think my husband wants to be with me anymore :-( since losing weight and upping my fitness he's not happy, and having 3 young children and losing him will cripple me :-( he keeps telling me we are ok but every weekend he's so unhappy, with all this going on my stress levels are through the roof :-( and ideas on how to calm my stress down? Xx

Look up cortisol levels...
could also be because, you don't have that much weight to lose... someone with a larger amount to lose will most likely lose it so much quicker.
Also, are you on any meds?0 -
You could try Inositol. I have been using it for about a month now due to a fairly recent long term break up with an ex girlfriend. It has definitely helped.
