I use the Pandora app on my phone. Total I have 100 stations and I usually put it on it on quick mix and let it play whatever it wants to play from all of my stations. I also have a station called Dance Cardio... Its like remixed extended versions of top 40 songs like LMFAO, Rhianna, Brittany Spears, Skrillex.... I love it.

I can't believe this hasn't been stated yet..... LMFAO's Party Rock Anthem. This is my go-to song when I'm feeling down and unmotivated.

Also, Fighter by Christina Aguilera I think. Just kinda pumps me up as well.

I used to have preloaded playlists, but now I just listen to different pandora stations on my phone while running. I enjoy the disturbed and breaking benjamin stations. Tried metallica, but there's too many old school bands on there for me to get into.

If you like "Master of Puppets" - try to find the Van Canto cover. They're an acapella group (except they use a drum set), and they make MoP sound like the next level of beast mode. "Kings of Metal" is another good workout cover version.

    I also use:

    Powerman 5000
    White Zombie/Rob Zombie
Disturbed - 10,000 Fists in particular

My favorite is from a dance warmup class I used to take every morning. It's a Dance CD with no breaks: NY Underground Party Vol. 3
I know it sounds silly, but it's club music and it keeps me going.

Some I really like from different styles and eras

If you are feeling a little experimental, I really like these: (you can youtube all of them)

Love Me Sweet - Kid Loco
    Human Behavior - Bjork
Hymn of the Big Wheel - Massive Attack
Let Forever Be - Chemical Brothers
Insomnia - Faithless (this is a bit more edgy but a lot of energy in them)

    Some fun 90's action:
    Going the Distance - Cake
Loser - Beck (Yes I find it uplifting - the lyrics and the beat are totally upbeat :)
    Never There - Cake
The New Pollution (or Devil's Haircut - the whole Odelay album really) - Beck

    Classic "Fight" stuff:
Gonna Fly Now - Bill Conti (I Love this - think "Rocky")
You're the Best Around (from the movie Karate Kid)

    80's
    Africa - Toto
Down Under - Men at Work

Touch of Grey - Grateful Dead
