If you want constructive criticism, feel free to add me. I prefer it as well, so it also helps if you are willing to tell me the truth not just give me atta boys (or girls) just for signing in and eating under my calorie goal. I am trying to make a lifestyle change that sticks, so I need to hear the bad and the good.0

I'm just getting serious about this. I realized the other day that I am overweight and it's time to take action.

I log Daily and Share my diary and most Importantly I am HONEST in my logging I put everything I eat in even if its a High Calorie day..... I work hard and have been losing each week for 15 weeks straight!

Hey, Im new to MyFitnessPal but started my very long journey in May of this year. I go to a gym regulary and use the iphone app so Im always checking in and logging activity. Just entered into a month long squat challenge on here too. This place is wonderful!!0

Feel free to add me. I'm nearing the end of my journey tho. I had lost 54 lbs but went on holiday this month so stopped. I'm starting up again and aim to lose a further 14 lbs but suspect it will be a struggle. I reached my goal of losing 4 stone but now I've put some of it back on.0
