Best diet plan

hi, I would like to invite all of you to make a good diet plan. Lets do group diet plan and i also need of it so if any one can help me for that then please tell me that how can we make a good diet plan regarding our daily eating routine ....
I think if we do diet together then definitively we will get motivated by each other as if we don't do it or don't follow our diet plan then we'll feel bad that other's are following so we should also so i think we should start it .. What do you say guyssssssssss

    Moderation. That is all.
    Look at the food groups. Get your fruit, veg, good fats, dairy, protein and don't skimp on your carbs!

    I think everyone's diet plan will be quite individual to them and its hard to set a diet plan for a group. I eat fish, and no meat or dairy. My diet plan wouldn't be for everyone!

    well you said right but I just meant to say that we should start diet plan together not eat same thing together ..

    Everyone do according to her or his diet plan but must discuss in group and tell to all that what he did today and how much he followed his or her diet plan.. Hope you'll get my point.
