NSV - Gained 2 pounds, but...

...I lost inches in only 10 days! I had already lost 10 pounds before I discovered MFP (my highest was 185) and have been on here for 10 days. In that time I've really stepped up the exercise and protein/fiber, and I'm incredibly proud of myself for sticking with it. I'm also a party monster, but now I take air popped popcorn and veggies to snack on to avoid chips and pizza (beer is RIGHT out of the question). I have always been 125-130 and love working out, but pretty much gave up on everything after a 15 pound gain when I started taking medication. I used it as an excuse to stuff my face and honestly didn't care how big I was getting. Good thing I smartened up from that crap.

bust 42 - 41.5
thighs 22 - 21
arms 13.5 - 13

I think my NSV is knowing that the scale isn't everything and actually celebrating a 2 pound gain because I'm almost positive that most of it is muscle. :D
