    I found too many freinds are counter productive being when you have 20 freinds on here but you only communicate daily or often with 5 then why do you need the other 15...just my opinion.

    yeah,I could use the support and motivation also the people in my real life really are not onboard with me. it would be niceto have someone to hold me accountable for my wiehgt loss.thanks::flowerforyou:
