Carb,Calories,Fat,Protein

I am new to this and I keep going over on fats and protein and I still have calories and carbs left for the day....what can I do differently or have that doesn't have fat or protein?

    I don't mind going over protein, MFP is set fairly low for that, and I'm always over sugar, I'm working on it though. You just need to keep trying new and different things.

    The MFP allocation isn't necessarily best for everyone. It's probably better to get more protein than MFP recommends. I have a 50% carb/25% fat/ 25% protein allocation which was recommended by the wellness coach I used to have. You can modify the MFP allocation to best fit your needs if you don't want to eat so many carbs.
