I've done research on the different exercises that builds muscle, but i see a lot of men with well defined Biceps, but bulky not so defined Triceps... am i missing something? I want to have both my Biceps and Triceps be well defined. Tips anyone?

I'd say very generally speaking, most blokes over target the biceps and tend to dismiss the triceps to an extent. But also I'd factor in the fact that when you lose bodyfat, the triceps have a thicker layer of bodyfat to reduce than biceps, hence the distortion.0
