My favorite is from a dance warmup class I used to take every morning. It's a Dance CD with no breaks: NY Underground Party Vol. 3
I know it sounds silly, but it's club music and it keeps me going.0 -

No, you can tell 'em all now
I don't back up, I don't back down
I don't fold up, and I don't bow
I don't roll over, don't know how
I don't care where the enemies are

Lights (she's from Canada) puts out some great pop/dance music that is awesome to workout to. My all time favorite song to workout to is "Toes" by Lights. It's about capturing someone's attention!
If you're like me, working out to music that makes you feel assertive/aggressive or just plain confident is the way to go.
My other two top picks are Owl City and Katy Perry.
More advice for the ladies; any bands fronted by really good looking guys, like Maroon 5, is good too because it makes you think "If I ever met Adam Levine, how would I want to look? I'd wanna be HOT! LET'S STEP UP THE PACE!"
Work it!0 -
