    Hi, I just joined yesterday, I am 53, from Connecticut. I had emergency surgery in August. I lost 22 pounds in the hospital and the first couple of weeks at home. I am hoping to lose another 10 pounds and then maintain. Second day in, and I am going to go over my calorie count! Who knew 2 pieces of wheat toast with a scraping of peanut butter had so many calories, lol! I am going to have to research what I eat!
