I'm down to my last stubborn pounds and need to be strict with my diet for awhile. Do you think i will get good results eating like this in addition to exercising?

M1: 1 scoop protein powder, 1 apple, 8 almonds, coffee
M2: 3 egg whites, 1/4 avocado, 1/2c oats
M3: 3 oz chicken, 1/4 avocado, 1/2c brown rice, salad
M4: 4 oz chicken, 10 almonds, salad, asparagus

3 L water, lots of vitamins

If it were me, I'd switch M1 and M2 around.....just because I try to put my carbiest meals first, and I also find I need that "base" to get through work outs. Otherwise, yep, I think you'd see results.

Looks like a pretty standard fitness cut diet. I think it will work but...why so extreme? The main problem withhighly restricted diets isn't that they don't work, but what's the end game? Do you have an exit plan? Without you could end up setting yourself up for regain.

I guess it is a little extreme but I think that is what I need to get the results I'm looking for. I am up for the challenge and enjoy it. You are right though I do need a plan to not regain the weight i lose

    you will probably see results...

I would starve and be miserable... if you feel you can stick with it then go ahead... make sure your exit strategy is well planned :)
