Snow-shoeing / Hiking a mountain

Hi folks.
Any recommendations on where to find a calorie estimator for snowshoeing/hiking a mountain?
I see most out there assume snow-shoeing is cross country, or hiking a mountain is without snowshoes, for example, but nothing combing the two.
I do know that adding snow shoes increases the calorie burn significantly, so trying to get an accurate estimate.
We did 3 hour hike up about 4000 feet, then an hour down.
thanks!

I would put Hiking with ~10 lb load? That to me would include resistance from the snow and the shoes.0
