Figurerobics with Jung Dayeon?

It's a Korean workout series, they're about 30 minutes each..give or take. Jung Dayeon who 'presents' the workout out previously lost a load of weight and is around 45 in the videos I think!

Has anyone heard of this workout series and if you have (and have done it) did you see any results?
