Has anybody done this? They are starting their next 12 week program soon and want to know if I should join in.

You probs won't get a lot of replies because it's an Australian program and you're on an American program :P
Anyway, I know quite a few people who have done it and loved it. Depends on what you want it for... the support? The honesty? The motivation? The recipes? The workouts?
I think it looks like a good program, only problem with it is that you only get 1200 calories per day and this does not include exercise calories. On saturday you will have a SSS (super sat session) which your aim is to burn 1000 calories so you are essentially only running on 200 calories that day.
Other than that, it looks amazing!0
