What would you serve this with?

I'm considering making it. Also do you have to use breadcrumbs?

    you can use oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs. Put in the blender and grind up like flour. It works great.

    I just made one I actually use oatmeal but just use it as is I don't grind it up. I also put a cup and a half of grated zucchini in it which keeps it really moist. I'll most likely serve it tonight with cooked carrots and roasted potatoes.

    I havebeen using turkey to make meatloaf for a long time,I add some fresh salsa in mine to give it a little kick. I also use ground turkey,or ground chicken in tacos and spaghetti sauce.Tastes just as great,but a little better for you than the beef.
