Workout & Fitness DVDs?

Can anyone recommend me some really good beginners type work out and fitness dvds. I really enjoy things like tae bo and walking. I'm not advanced into fitness yet so I dont wanna kill myself working out going over my limit!

    Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. You will need dumbbells 3-8lbs or heavier if you want. Its 30mins and its set up in a circuit: 3mins strength, 2mins cardio and 1min abs (3x) and warm up & cool down. This seems to be the go to DVD for all beginners. It will have you huffing and puffing.

    Edit: Forgot to mention that it has 3 levels. She does recommend a day or two of rest. Most people do 10days on each level.
