Please tell me you see SOME change.....hahaha I had posted on another thread that I'm feeling discouraged but thought I'd give it a go and post my first before and during pictures. Here goes!

    Thanks everyone! =O) After reading a few posts I had the strength to run 10 extra minutes today....haha I know we are our worst critics so it feels refreshing that other people see a change =O) I do feel better!!!!

    Upload the picture to snapfish or photobucket (or any other photo hosting website) click on your picture and then copy the url into your post before the url put .[.i.m.g.] in little letters and then at the end of the url put .[./.i.m.g.] (without the periods though)

    Hope this made sense......hahaha
