Today My LIfe Changes for ME!

Today it starts! No more "tomorrow"! Have pounds to loose and need to stick with it for more than 2 weeks!

    My suggestion - add friends. And set your goal at 12 weeks. Take it day by day, but promise yourself you will put forth the effort for at least 12 weeks. After that, staying with this will be easy.

    I am all about the change in lifestyle/activities myself. This is my first week and I really like this website. I think it may be the thing I need to continue to stay motivated now where I have not been before. I am open to friend requests as well. We can do it!!

    I started a few weeks back . Actually today is my ten weeks in. I am thrilled to be below 210 and looking forward to below 200 in the next 10 weeks keeping inmind slow and steady wins the race
