42yrs with 25lbs to lose

I had my 42nd birthday yesterday and I'm the heaviest I have ever been.
I do go to the gym but obviously need to step it up.
Since moving to the USA both my husband and I eat more as I love cooking and we exercise much less. Despite going to the gym I miss daily walks to the shops, and the general exercise got whilst going to work.

I'm 5'3" and 180 lbs and would love to get to 155 lbs before the end of June.

If anyone has similar goals and wants to be a buddy pls add me as a friend and we can motivate each other ?

    Hello,
    We seem to have similar goals.
    I am 45 and want to weigh 150, I am 5'6" I exercise also, its really about what I eat. I could use some motivation too!!
    I plan on weighing on Fridays, good motivation for the weekends or maybe Monday would be better, any thoughts

  • Yeah - I just added you !!

    I think Fridays would be a great idea.. I always did Mondays and got disappointed.... a new approach is always good !!
