Diet help!!

So i lost a lot of weight when i first started here and now i really got back into working out every day and all, but i need some serious help on my diet. I want to lose about a pound a week...does anyone have any suggestions...my diary is open!!

    Excuse me. I really dont like to criticize people but you asked for help so I need to share my 2 cents. You are undereating. You are eating almost nothing nutritious. Fat free mayo- oh my god it's not butter etc. You consume too little protein. You are working out and you burn a lot of calories. You live on 400 net cals a day. Your body must be in a starvation mode because you are asking for weight loss help when you consume 900 cals a day. You need to improve your eating habits. More vegetables, more protein, more healthy fats, more healthy carbs. You also need to cut down on sugar free red bull.
