Goal = 125-130. I would really just like to lower my BMI, muscle is more important to mean that the scale0 -
I am 5'3". At my lightest I was about 120. 10 years, marriage and two babies later, my highest (the day I had my second daughter) was 207. I lost 15 pounds just from having the baby and started dieting at 192. I am currently 147 and still losing. My goal weight is 125.0

I am proud of myself. It has taken me four years to lose about 80 lbs. I think the only way for me is exercise and counting calories. I have to have protein/meat with every meal or I feel sick. I can fit into a size 14 and cannot wait to be a 10-12. 10 sounds great to me! But after a lifelong battle with bulimia, anorexia, starvation, laxatives, and self hate, I am 37 and finally feeling like I got this!0 -
