Losing weight while working 'unusual' times

Hi everyone,
I joined here a while ago and tracked on and off (well, more off) for a few months but now I'm determined to stay and do it right this time. I had a pretty good start, although I had a week off from work so could concentrate on it properly but now I'm back in work and this is where the problems start!
I work 5am til 1pm as a home shopping picker. The problems start first thing: I'm just not hungry at 4am to have some breakfast. I occasionally take a cereal bar with me but that'll be it until breakfast time at 9.30am. I'm pretty sure its not good for you to be up 5.5 hours before eating anything. Then by 9.30 I'm really hungry so used to have the greasy cooked breakfast option (although so far this week I've taken my own, healthier breakfasts). The job basically invoves walking around a supermarket for 8 hours (one day I'm going to work out how many miles I actually walk each day - I'm sure I should look like a supermodel by now!!) so when I get home I'm pretty tired and not really up for doing much exercise. I'm trying to stick to the EA Active 30 Day challenge on my Wii at the mo, and the workouts are only 20 minutes long so although it doesn't burn loads of extra calories I still feel like I'm doing a little extra for half an hour. By then I'm getting hungry, but usually wait until my boyfriend gets home to have tea so I start snacking. Then it can sometimes be only an hour or so later before I'm going to bed, which I don't think is a good thing either?
So, after all that rambling, I was wondering does anyone else have a similar situation? How do you go about handling eating at strange times? Or feeling up to exercising when all you want to do is curl up on the settee?

Get a step tracker it will help plus you can log those steps as exercise, grab an hard boiled egg or a cheese stick and eat it on the way to work something small, also pack your breakfast and lunch. I grab 2 hare boiled eggs 1 whole and only the whites of the other thats at 6am then i have lunch anytime between 10am and 12:30 depending on what time i go to the Y.0
