Increases, Increases!

I thought I'd share an accomplishment I made today at the gym.. I've been weight training for the past 3 months, intensively. I'm lifting much heavier then when I started. Today I was able to leg press 250lbs for 4 sets of 8 reps :smokin: , I also increased my squats on the smith machine to 90lbs from starting at 40lbs :smokin: . I'm so proud I had to share! :bigsmile:

    Nice job! Doesn't it feel great to make progress? Squats are pretty tough too! Those seem to wear me out more than any other lift.
