Thanks for reading. Here's my problem.
I use a fitbit ultra. Love it. But I have recently started carrying a 25lb dumbell in a backpack when I walk. I'm not sure how to record this without double recording my steps because of the fitbit. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Only thing I would suggest is doing BMR calcuator based on being 25lbs heavier ans seeing what difference it makes to your standard calories??
Or log it as walking, carrying infant/child0 -
im not familiar with fitbit but does it have a place you can log your bodyweight? if so , just add that extra 25 pounds to your bodyweight...that might help.0

But if I log it like that, I'll be double logging.0 -
