36 Pounds lost with pics, halfway there!

I wanted to wait till my end goal, but I couldn't wait. I hope a difference can be seen 
My biggest weight since college (I was 300+pounds then) came this year, as I tipped the scales at 260 in june. Ive been working hard to get down to a goal weight of atleast 190. I am currently 224, so I'm a little over half way!

Awesome job!!!! Not only can you see it in your middle but you can also REALLY see it in your face!!! I lost 35lbs last fall and have gained back almost 20

I definitely can, much easier to do cardio, and dont feel as horrible afterwards as I used to0 -
