Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis--ANYONE??

Hey everyone!
Just wondering if anyone has tried the Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis program and were there good results. Her infomercial intrigues me but I don't want to spend the money with out getting some HONEST feedback.

  • I have tried it and it is the hardest workout in the world! I couldn't beleive I was so sore. Now, I am not the most compliant exerciser but I would think you would get great results if you stuck with it.

    I just want to point out that she isn't the best at explaining the moves so it will take a few times to get it.

    I'd agree with ^^^!!! Holy buckets. That little blonde will HURT YOU!!! lol.. the diet plan is ridiculous. Plain silly if you ask me, but I DO BELIEVE it is worth the $. I am 5'4 180, very muscular, but 30% bf. So fit but squishy/ This is not the best lose weight quick program, but hunny, if you wanna tighten up, this is great. I incorporate it into my running and body rock to get a balanced look.

    A good way to practice moves or see if it is really something you'd like, check her out on youtube. Tons of free 15 minutes mini sessions.
    Body rock is also a youtube deal. ignore the pornographic titles, and screen shots. They are really nice workouts.

    I have several friends who have done it, and they changed the shape of their bodies. I finally jumped on the bandwagon and bought it with a gift certificate I had from Target. I did both the cardio and the strength DVDs yesterday, and I am certainly feeling it today. Not REALLY sore, just sore enough to know I did some good.

    I am super un-coordinated and probably look like a dork dancing around in my living room, but it gets you moving. I agree with the other responses, It frustrates me that she doesnt walk you through the moves, you just have to follow along.

    I am hoping that this delivers the results of long lean muscle, I bulk up easily when I do strength training, I like that she doesnt have you workout with anything heavier than a 3lb weight.
