Heaviest? 150, up and down again the past year or so.
Lightest? Under 100 pounds with anorexia in high school. That was a dark time.
Goal? 125ish. I'm doing what Bobbie did to get fit and lose the flab!0 -
Heaviest - somewhere between 185 and 190
Lightest - since started back working out - 145, this forced me to up my calorie intake and start monitoring calories to make sure I was eating ENOUGH
Current - maintaining between 150-1550 -
Heaviest - 160
Lightest - 112 and most likely anorexic and exercise addicted (I was in college and didn't know any better)
Now - 153
Goal - I really don't care what the scale says. I've been 150# and had a six pack and double biceps and wore a size zero. Now I am 153 and barely squeezing into a size 8 and have no muscle tone to speak of. I'm also at 36% body fat - which is completely unaccepable. My main focus is to get the body fat down. I got an aira scale with my fitbit - it measures weight and body fat - the only number I am really concerned with is body fat. I do find that on the days I am a bit bloated, my body fat jumps up to a half percent - I think it measures water weight as fat.
Bobbie you are just f'ing amazing. You have the ideal body. I would love to look in the mirror and see that staring back at me.0 -
My heaviest was 137, lowest 118, currently 128, goal is 130........0

Heaviest: 225 lbs
Lightest (after having child 14 yrs ago): 150 lbs
Current: 171 lbs
Goal: 160 lbs or whatever looks good. If I don't get that low in weight, but continue to tone the flab, then I'll be happy with that too.0 -
I started my weight loss journey in 2009. I had went from around 100 pounds to 150 pounds in two years during high school, this was mostly due to not living at home, living on a steady diet of pasta, and stress.
^ me at my highest, 150lb. I'm 5'4"
Then I did a lot of cardio and went vegetarian. The problem was I didn't know that without and muscle, you still don't look very good, but I did weigh 120.
So after being unhappy because, although I was thin, I still looked horrible in a bathing suit (my legs were not shapely, and stomach wasn't very flat, and had very defined "love handles") and figured the effort wasn't worth it. Stopped being vegetarian and stopped being careful about portions. Went slowly back up to 135 over another 2 years.
Now I weight 127, I do circuits, weights, and a minimal mix up of HIIT and low intensity cardio. My love handles are slimmer than they have been in 4 years, my leg muscles are slowly showing through, and I am in general happy with the direction my body is going in. I've learned that just because you lose weight doesn't mean you look good. You have to shape it! Here I am:
I don't have a goal weight because I don't know how much I'll weigh when I have more muscle. I do want a 42" shoulder circumference and a 28" waist circumference though. Hoping to have very defined arms and legs with a flat belly.0 -

Heaviest(when not pregnant): 147
Current: 144. was down to 127 at thanksgiving last year, but ate myself back up to the '40s since then due to stress and bad eating.
Goal: 115-120
I have been watching my food and exercising 5 days/week, but the scale has only moved a few pounds since i began at the end of July.
I know that scale means nothing, but I can't seem to get my head wrapped around that info, yet. Went through a measurement check last Saturday at the 2 week point through my nutrition club. I have added 4 lbs of muscle and took 1/2 inches off of places and added 7 years to my metabolic age. A good bit of the info floored the guy I am working with. I know that I should be focused on these bits of info, but it is hard!0 -
