weigh in Time!

is there a perfect time to weigh yourself? Personaly my weigh in time is in the morning before breakfast, but a friend of mine said that the best time to do your weigh in is before bed and after dinner, and another friend said not to weigh your self every day, (im confused HELP!) What are you thoughs on Weigh in time???

In the morning, before you eat or drink anything, after you pee and if you're lucky, after you poop.0

I weigh myself once a week. Every Monday morning right after I pee, right before I hop in the shower.
I do it on Mondays, simply because it motivates me to behave myself over the weekend.0 -
HAHA! I moved my weigh to Tuesday/Wednesday because I don't behave on the weekends... :laugh:0

Whatever you choose, just be consistent about it. Same time, same scale, same clothes (or lack of). I weigh in the morning before breakfast. I weigh every day but only record my weight on Mondays.0
