Cabbage - new favourite!

Options
I have discovered cabbage as a tasty (filling) side dish with low calories. 3 great versions:

Lightly steamed with celery seed and spicy mustard
Lightly stirfried with low sodium soy sauce, garlic and ginger
Coleslaw with applecider vinegar, thyme, onion powder and celery seed.

More filling than lettuce and less carbs than rice or noodles.

Any other ideas?

    Sorry no other ideas...but I LOVE cabbage and forgot that cabbage is a good and filling veggie.....I have never had the ways you cooked it...but I have had it steamed with carrots, fresh garlic and Turkey Sausage...LOVE LOVE it...now I want this for Dinner.....Thanks for the idea...

    I love cabbage! Maybe it's the Polish in me, but I crave cabbage all the time.

    I like making slaw for tacos. Last time I used half a head of cabbage (shredded), several grated radishes, a diced jalapeno, juice of one lime, about 1 tsp of olive oil, a few pinches of salt, and some green onion. Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour. Yum!

    i LOVE cabbage. one of my favourite leafy vegetable.
    will definitely try these recipe ideas.

    i usually put plenty of it raw in my salads.
