I started out at 262 pounds (119 kg) seven weeks ago. In seven weeks I have lost 11.1 kg (I think that is 24.5 pounds).

4 weeks ago I got a personal trainer, just a session a week plus do two hour long fitcamps a week. In four weeks of doing that I have lost six kilos (13 pounds) and have lost 11cm (nearly 4.5 inches) off my waist alone. All up from waist, thighs, calves and hips I have lost 29cm ( 11.4 inches).

Needless to say I am pretty happy and motivated right now. Can't wait to get my Jillian dvds and train six days a week.

I have four kids under six and have an injured knee also. I am so glad I have made 'me' time to get fit and healthy.
