Today in the North east of England was a horrid day, lots of wind and rain - my main exercise is walking (using my fitbit) Today was a hard slog - what do other people do in bad weather?? Gym??

You can get a good workout with little to no equipment and little to no space.
I recently got this book:

Plenty of good ideas in it. My opinion - walking will only get you so far in weight loss, then you'll need to crank up the intensity and get that heart pumping hard to get over the plateau you will eventually find.0 -
I workout at home in bad weather. I have a treadmill that I use to walk/run, I also have a 'step' that use with/without a weighted vest. Or I do either do Zumba on DVD or calisthenics. And I have some dumbells and resistance bands for strength. I have a Bob Harper DVD and one from Jillian Michaels that I do pretty rarely (not as much fun as Zumba).0

Today's foul weather got me running between buildings at work rater than my leisurely walk. I'm calling that my bad weather exercise now!0
