Moksha Yoga question

Hello all.
Just a quick question, I have been doing Moksha Yoga for just over 2 weeks now and I am really enjoying it. However in those 2 weeks I have GAINED 6lbs, and I haven't changed my lifestyle in any other way than doing the yoga 3-4 times a week and increasing my daily water intake to compensate for the sweating. So I am thinking (hoping, praying) that this is just my body adjusting to the new exercise, the heat and the increased water consumption, has anyone else every experienced anything like this? :ohwell:

Hi, I noticed this too. I've been doing it for a couple weeks (and loving it) but i gained a couple lbs. I can't be 100% sure but I think as you do yoga, you also strengthen and tone. The extra lbs could be due to muscle gain? You are likely losing lots of water weight and fat, but also gaining muscle.. Make sense?0
