Day 1 for me!

Hi. I am just starting out today with my weight loss goal of 50lbs. I recently had a baby and want to get rid of that baby weight and some extra. I would love to start this journey with others. My plan is clean eating and exercise. I want the food I eat while losing weight to be the same types (just less) that I will eat after I reach my goal. I not only want to lose weight but to nourish my body and change my lifestyle so to be a good example to my children.
